• Invite Only - Limited to 30 Wrestlers

• T & Th - 6:00pm - 8:00pm; Sunday - 9am - 11am

• May attend any HS practice on M & W free of charge

High school practice @ Ponderosa hs

• August 17th - November 5th

• M, W & TH - 4:00pm - 5:30pm

High school & Middle school practice @ cherry creek hs

• August 17th - November 5th

• M, T, & TH - 4:00pm - 5:30pm

• Grades 7-12

  High school practice @ PALMER RIDGE hs

  • August 17th - November 6th

  • M, W & F - 6:00pm - 7:30pm

  Advanced youth practice @ black fox

• August 19th - November 9th

• M & W - 6:00pm - 8:00pm; Sunday - 11am - 1pm

• Grades 3-8 (3+ years of experience)

Youth practice @ chaparral HS

• September 1 - November 5th

• T & Th - 5:30pm - 7:00pm

• Grades 3-8 (1+ years of experience, No Beginners)

Youth practice @ Cherry Creek HS

• August 18th - November 5th

• T & Th - 6:00pm - 7:30pm

• Grades 1-6; Beginners Welcome
